Covering an area of 120 hectares, the La Mouche industrial area (St-Genis-Laval, Irigny, Pierre-Bénite) counts 4,500 jobs within 220 companies. This site, which is difficult to access and has a complicated road system, is also suffering from a very poor public infrastructure network, and a lack of harmony with neighboring residential areas.
