	support for creating common services in your area, in association with local actors (inter-company crèches, business transport plan, etc.)
	consideration of your needs when redesigning and managing activity zones in your area (road repairs, signposting, etc.)
	consideration of your needs in development projects in your area (activity zones, nurseries, public transport lines, etc.)

The "economic developers" also act as an interface with other business support structures (chamber of commerce and industry, professional organisations, business associations, etc).

The urban area includes a total of 9 “Mayors’ Conferences”, selected areas in which economic developers provide a rapid, effective service.

The Lyon urban community normally delegates local economic management responsibilities to a local structure already active in this field. This system is closely linked with local politicians and economic partners (Lyon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, professional associations, local economic services, business associations, etc.).
