The Cité Internationale is located between Tête d’Or Park and Quai Charles de Gaulle on the banks of the Rhône. The striking contours and internal geometry of the Cité Internationale were designed by architect Renzo Piano and landscaper Michel Corajoud, and have completely transformed the site formerly occupied by the Foire de Lyon exhibition centre.
