Refurbishment of this site involves making it part of a strong strategic framework, and reinforcing the links between existing sites and project sites (agri-food and logistics centers).

The priority remains the qualitative improvement of the lifestyle of companies and their employees: transport service, sign-posting and marking, improving the roads, cohabitation between businesses and residential areas.

997,485 euros have already been set aside for development operations (in progress or being examined). The operations put forward today for the 2004-2007 period are as follows:

	Sign-posting: installation
	Allée des Alpes: maintenance and closure
	Chemin du Charbonnier and Chemin du Peloutier: refurbishment
	Opening up of the Brosses sector: creation of roads
	Acquisition of property
	Provence-Industrie junction: improvement of compliance to safety standards, and redevelopment
	Consolidation center: study of relocation conditions for companies
