Take-up between 1 January and 30 September 2008
Occupier take-up is increasing: 31 transactions were recorded for a total take-up of 250,543 sq. m, up 32% on the first half of 2007 (188,820 sq. m taken up):
 | 58% of take-up was in new property,

 | 18% of take-up was sold to occupiers, with 82% rented. |
Note should be made of two particularly significant investor sales, of 31,628 sq. m and 29,915 sq. m respectively.

Take-up in Lyon should total 300,000 sq. m by the end of 2008 (this figure is higher than the average for the last 8 years).
