LYON TECHNOLOGY PARK : Almost 140 hectares with businesses of with high added value

The Lyon High Technology Park accommodates firms producing high value-added products on 140 ha. The Park is the driving force of the Lyon Porte des Alpes sector where many of the city’s facilities are located.

The Park has been designed to be pleasant to live and work in exceptional green surroundings. It provides great flexibility for installation, allowing companies to develop their own projects or hire premises.

 LYON BIOPARC : A project of international dimensions

Located in one of the largest hospital-university centres in Europe, the Lyon BIOPARC is an international scale project.

Intended to bolster Research and Development in medical products, it will accommodate companies and their R&D teams specialised in this sector. The site has nine tenants in the Laënnec incubator.

The first phase of the Lyon BIOPARC, built by ICADE G3A, includes the construction of laboratories and associated offices, and residential hote.

Close to central Lyon, the recovery of the former industrial district of Vaise has led to the development of the Lyon Digital Cluster on a site of more than 20ha. Intended to accommodate companies specialised in information and communication technologies and digital games, this mixed site also includes the construction of new housing and local services.
