Welcoming new businesses under the Tony Garnier Program: this incubator of 1,155m², and the adjacent scientific and technology center (CSTE) covering 2,950m² are currently being renovated.

Installation of temporary modular solutions: Le Fleming

To make up for this lack of availability, and to offer opportunities for installation, Greater Lyon has set up a temporary site of 900m² (delivered in 2002):

Furthermore, since 2003, companies find workspace in:

o the platform of ENS Lyon (200m²)

o the IBCP (400m²)

Chateaubriand: this incubator welcomes businesses into 2,640m² of space since 2003, with genOway Europe. This post-creation solution is rounded off with a 1,150m² CSTE (science and technology center for businesses), which accommodates the genOway company.
