Western Lyon Economic Cluster (tertiary sector)

A dynamic hub in leafy surroundings

LDLC by night

The Lyon conurbation’s second largest tertiary-sector employment area can be found nestled among the wooded hills of the Monts du Lyonnais, around 10 km (6 miles) north-west of Lyon. Many companies have already been attracted by Western Lyon’s potential and its high-quality working environment.

It is certainly no coincidence that IBM, Bull, LDLC.com, Seb, Potain, BVQI France, BASF Agro, 01 dB, OPi, Veritas, Algoé, Euronews, Vinci, Spie, Tenesol and Scotts have all chosen to set up here.

The Parc des Bruyères business park: sustainably developed tertiary-sector real estate

The Parc des Bruyères business park will be marketed between now and 2010, and will serve to reinforce tertiary-sector availability and accommodate SMEs.

It is conveniently located near to major infrastructure, in particular the A6 motorway, and is set to benefit from increased accessibility thanks to the creation of a new interchange system, specifically designed to make it easier to access local business parks. Spread over 20 hectares, the project will offer 82,000 sqm (net floor space) of high-quality tertiary-sector premises located in attractively landscaped surroundings.
